Dear Diador members, the committee has decided – and this decision is not open to appeal. 🙂 We invite you to the Members' Review Meeting of the DIADOR civic association, taking place on 12 November 2026 at 17:00.

I. Ruling

🗓️ When: Thursday, 12 November 2026 at 17:00
📍 Where: auditorium of the Children's Faculty Hospital (DFN), Limbová 1, Bratislava – Kramáre
🚪 Entrance: through the Polyclinic building of the Children's Faculty Hospital (DFNsP)
⏱️ Duration: approximately 60 minutes (if we start on time)

After the official part we will move on to coffee at a nearby café – details will be announced on the spot.

  2. Election of the credentials and resolutions committees
  3. Report on Diador's activities in 2026
  4. Financial and audit report for 2026
  5. Work plan for 2027
  6. Draft budget for 2027
  7. Report of the credentials committee

III. Reasoning

We will review the year 2026 and decide on the work plan and budget for 2027. The review meeting is an important part of how our association works, and under Diador's Statutes attendance is mandatory for members. We therefore ask you to attend, if possible, for the whole meeting.

The committee further notes that personal attendance is essential mainly for these reasons:

  • reviewing the past year,
  • presenting plans and activities for 2027,
  • sharing experience of life with diabetes,
  • meeting friends who understand each other,
  • and of course… good coffee and even better company.

IV. Membership fee for 2027

The membership fee for 2027 is €20. You can also pay it in person at the meeting.

Payment reference: your first and last name + 2027
📧 The payment request for the membership fee has been sent by e-mail to every member. It also contains a QR code with the payment details, so you can’t get them wrong. If you did not receive it, please write to lubor@diador.sk.

V. Instructions

If you cannot attend for a serious reason, please send your apologies in advance using the form on our website. It is processed automatically and passed on to the association’s secretary.
